120 Individual dwelling at the heart of La Manga Club The design of this village was requested by the Swiss Cherotel developer. A combination of apartments and luxury villas was the brief from our client. We tried to integrate in La Manga Club a typical Spanish development but having in mind that building costs had to be contained so that a magnificent and luscious gardens had to be incorporated into de final design , The mixed of iron grilles, curved walls, terracotta tiles and a magnificent landscape design together with spectacular views of the 18 holes golf courses and the La manga Strip made this development considered one of the best European resort of Europe.

One and two storeys luxurious houses At the epicentre of every villa surely there must a spacious living room with its cool and lofty ceiling and patio doors opening on to a sun terrace. In the 2 and 3 storey villas, the living rooms are on the ground floor, so that it spills out into sunny terraces for you can make the most of the sun by day. Each house has a working fireplace in the living room and a built-in barbecue on the terrace. And every villa has a superbly fitted all-electric kitchen. The materials too have been chosen with the greatest care, not only for their authenticity but for their quality and ease of maintenance. Marble for the bathrooms, handmade terracotta flagstones, solid wood doors, traditional carved wood or wrought iron balustrades, real old timber ceiling beams and ·an authentic rustic finish on the white walls.

We designed and built 120 villas of one two and three bedrooms at the heart of La Manga Club
All year round comfort.
This project was developed by Cherotel a Swiss company who wanted the best possible homes carefully designed for all year round comfort.
The villas are very well insulated for winter warmth and summer cool. Skilful design and construction means that even in the height of summer, a cross air circulation system provides natural "air conditioning", augmented by the overhead paddle fans.
Every villa has electric radiator heating, heated towel rails in the bathrooms and a working fireplace in the living room.
Other thoughtful touches include telephone points and wiring for TV and the cable TV.
Air conditioning can be installed as an extra if selected at the time of signing contracts.
