A dream villa for a demanding client The brief for the design of this modern villa was provided by our client. This client knew exactly what he wanted. It had to be a stunning looking villa but built at a reasonable cost. All material were carefully chosen by our client and the villa was built within a reasonable time The villa is set out in 800m2 landscaped plot where we have maintained the original trees where possible and extended the soft landscape with a large selection of autochthonous plants that require little water. |

A three bedroom villa with three bathrooms The heart of this villa is the open space living room and kitchen with its high ceiling and 6m patio doors opening on to a sun terrace and pool area. On ground floor we have designed one bedroom, bathroom, hall and formidable 31.88m2 living room which together with hall gives us 47m2 of opened space not counting our 7m2 open kitchen. Our singular single steel beam with timber treads makes is the cherry on the cake!! Do not take our word just look at our pictures to see it for yourselves. The real delight of this villa is the panoramic view at solarium level. |

Soft landscape The concept of an overall project which included soft and hard landscape wraps up this magnificent project. The careful selection of autochthonous plants that needs little water has been a deliberate decision made by our client . All the plants are irrigated with an automatic drip water system which is activated automatically and seasonally without much supervision from part of the client.

Project details
The villa has a complete solar thermal system that provides hot water through solar energy.
The structure of this villa is made of reinforced concrete in which we use hollow concrete blocks.
We install an air conditioning system prior to installation. so that in case of wanting to install it, no important interior works are needed.
The façade is formed by a wall with an inclusion cavity of thermal insulation to achieve greater energy savings.
The interior walls are brick hollow partitions. The walls are painted with soft plastic paint and plaster on the ceilings.
The bathrooms have removable roof failures to accommodate, in the future, air conditioning equipment.
The interior walls are hollow ceramic brick partition walls.
- Smooth white plastic paint on plaster walls and ceilings.
- False ceilings in plasterboard finished inclusive of smooth paint in circulation areas and kitchen;
- False removable ceiling tiles in bathrooms to accommodate future air conditioning equipment.
