Our client wanted to build an individual villa integrated in the environment of an already consolidated urbanization, La Manga Club. One of the objectives of this work is to isolate the main bedroom at the opposite end of the plot, because on the opposite sidewalk there is a somewhat noisy restaurant-pub.

The main rest area was located at the opposite end (at the back of the plot) and communication between the two areas is achieved with semi-covered outdoor areas with rest areas. A covered walkway that connects the two modules.

It has in total 4 bedrooms, one of them occupies an independent part of the house with dressing room and a large independent bathroom; large living room and kitchen open to the living room and outdoor areas.

Outside we find the icing on the cake: a pool and a jacuzzi. The best combination to create a space for enjoyment and relaxation. The jacuzzi is climatized, so you can use it both during the day and at nightfall, and for most of the year.
