We carry out this extension on the top floor of this villa. This new plant is supported on a structure of metal pillars independent of the current structure, located in the interior, in this way it is possible not to overload the existing structure.

The whole house is marked with a distincly Ibizan character, with the new floor being used as a living room with large terraces and a solarium on the upper part. The simplicity in the color palette and the use of artisan materials, stand out in this style that obeys the tradition and the quiet life of yesteryear. The extension is intentionally white so that it penetrates in all the rooms, giving them luminosity and harmony.

The exteriors were redesigned with rest and relaxation areas. The objetive of this area was to be able to make the most of sunny hours, orienting each element for this purpose. |

Thick walls, quadrangular modules and horizontal roofs supported by wooden beams. It is sober and simple architectural typology, but with a lot of character. |

The ground floor of this villa has 56m2 built, and a garage of 17m2. The constructed area is 187m2.
On the first floor we have 2 terraces and a living room equipped with kitchen. The upper floor has 98m2, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, kitchen and hall.
The solarium offers beautiful views and, for the orientation, has sun for almost all day.
