A villa with "charm" in an idyllic rural environment This villa was designed to fit in a rural environment. The district of Gebas is located to the north of the municipality of Alhama at about 10 km and 400 meters of altitude, a small district of Alhama de Murcia that with no more than 80 houses, has an ideal enclave to enjoy a relaxing time. It is the least inhabited district of Alhama with only 20 inhabitants, although in summer periods its population multiplies A visit to the Algeciras reservoir and the Barrancos de Gebas viewpoint is a recommended visit, from where you can see the abrupt geomorphological complex formed by the spectacular ravines that are popularly known as "lunar landscape", and from where you can see the Rambla de Algeciras , through which an intermittent course of water runs that turns the channel into a promenade dotted with pools and reed beds. It is a space of more than 2000 hectares. embedded between three mountain ranges: Espuña, La Muela and El Cura, of these in April 1995 almost 1,900 hectares. they were declared "Protected Landscape".

The villa is located on a inclined site so there is one floor which has access to the main road and a semibasement floor that has access to the back garden. |
