Some autonomous regions offer aids to renovate some type of facilities or to improve the accessibility of homes.
We can also offer you both the project and the completed turnkey project using our own construction service, complying with the closed budget provided before starting the work and committing ourselves in a timely manner to a scheduled delivery.
What is this service about?
- Initial consultation to analyse your situation. It includes advice on the use of space, materials and compliance with local regulations.
- Visit site and make a first evaluation together with the first concept design.
- Preparation of the detail project.
- Management of building licence.
- Budget management and contracting of the work. (The execution of the work can be done directly by our team of contractors or taken out to bid)
- In this last step, we will issue periodic building certificates of the work carried out and the final work certificate when necessary.
